Experienced 30 years of reform and opening up, China´s cities begin to integrate into the global economic integration. City Marketing is the inevitable choice of nation, region and city to enhance competitiveness and harmonious development in the context of globalization economy. During the process of city marketing, Government plays a dominant role, while municipal facilities play a fundamental role and the urban land plays a role of the carrier. From the government perspective, there are so many problems in urban marketing in aspects of city positioning, urban planning, government efficiency and effectiveness and so on. According to above problems, some decision-making proposals are put forward in this paper.
