It is valuable to test the moderating effects of conscientiousness on the relationship between job satisfaction and extra-role behaviors. The statistical analyses with SPSS found that job satisfaction yielded stronger counterproductive work behaviors among low-conscientiousness employees than among high-conscientiousness employees.
