  • Abstract
We proposed a new theoretical circuit which is based on the multiple phase complex biochemical reaction circuit under the time minimum optimal control principle. The circuit is characterized by an allosteric enzyme, the conformation of which changes depending on the number of bound substrates. As the number of enzyme bound substrates increases, the structure of the enzyme changes successively. Then, the affinities of residual subunits are potentiated. The present application and modeling of an allosteric circuit will be applicable for creating a new electronic circuit and its evaluation
