Abstract :
A precoding algorithm with incomplete Channel State Information (CSI) over frequency selective fading channels in multiple-input multiple-output code-division multiple-access (MIMO-CDMA) systems is proposed in this paper. It is proved that the precoder with the incomplete CSI statistics is equivalent to that with full CSI statistics over spatial correlated channels, and the performance of the precoder with the incomplete instantaneous CSI is close to that with the full instantaneous CSI. The analysis is validated by numerical and simulation results obtained in macro- and micro-cellular scenarios.
