Abstract :
Novel topologies of second generation current conveyors (CCIIs) working at low supply voltage (lower than 1.5 V) with reduced power consumption (in the μW range) are presented. The proposed CCII has been applied to the design of different functions such as capacitance multiplication, integrated filtering, sinusoidal waveform generation, grounded and floating inductance simulation, etc.. To extend the dynamic range of the main analog blocks, we have developed differential CCII topologies, derived through modifications of the basic CCII, which also show interesting applications
