Abstract
Based on the last-four-year performance evaluation practice of Anhui provincial government website, this paper summarizes the requirement prototype of the government website performance evaluation based on the third-party assessment model, and designs a government website performance evaluation system which is of general application to a certain degree. The system focuses on evaluation functional requirement of the third-party assessment model, is based on evaluation indicators library and algorithms library, and realizes the organization of evaluation work process, quality control and result analysis through the dynamic modeling technology. By the verification of the first instance, the system can meet the need of the third-party evaluation project management better, reply to the dynastic changes of evaluation indicators and algorithms effectively, and have good expansibility.
