    After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

    The article presented by the method of references review states that the incentive theory of traditional Chinese spiritual intension and the development of modern incentive theory and discusses the development trend of China´s incentive theory. This article has been innovative in the following three aspects: First, the history of China´s incentive theory, current situation and development trend of placing a whole within the framework of the study; second, focused on the motivation theory embodies the spirit of traditional Chinese Confucian connotation, Mohist, Taoism, Legalism, military strategists five major schools of thought the main motivation; third, that the Chinese motivation theory summarized the five major trends of future development. The conclusion of the study will help to enhance people´s motivation theory that is a comprehensive understanding of China is essential in helping people apply the wisdom of the Chinese-style incentives to China´s management of situations work.
