A fragile watermarking scheme with pixel-wise alteration localisation

Fragile watermarking scheme with block-wise alteration localisation proposed by Wong and Memon is secure but cannot detect which pixels are altered. However, pixel-wise schemes proposed before have some fundamental security problems. In this paper, a secure block-based scheme is proposed, which can localise both pixel-wise and block-wise alterations.
