Abstract :
Based on the DAVIS TAM model, this paper studied the gender´s differences at technology acceptance in ERP implementation. Through carried out the survey in two company which have implement ERP, the author found that male employee have more stronger perceptions in useful and usability in ERP implementation than female, while female have more higher perceptions in easily use in ERP implementation than male. This study indicated the differences of male and female in information technology acceptance and expanded the DAVIS technology acceptance model in ERP practical application. The research also gives an advice to enterprise human resources department that in some key positions, candidates need to be considered at their gender differences.
