Abstract
In ecological society, it is important to establish reduce, reuse and recycle technologies. In the electronic circuit board manufacturing division of RICOH, we have been engaged to provide the reused electronic circuit boards from Hadano plant since 2000. Reuse is more effective and less environmental impact than recycle because the electronic circuit board is difficult to be recycled due to its complexity of component materials on the board. In reuse technology, it is necessary to predict the reliability of system, so we have been doing research about the reliability estimation. In this paper, we describe a method for reliability predicting of reused electronic circuit boards
