Abstract :
Vacuum-UV frequency comb is produced by Yb-fiber-laser based cavity-enhanced high-harmonic generation. By utilizing single longitudinal mode of VUV frequency comb, single photon transition of xenon is excited at 147 nm with Doppler-free atomic beam.
