Abstract
On the basis of literature review, a hypothetical model on the relationships between knowledge-creating leadership behavior and the performance of team innovation was brought forward and then the model was tested by means of a questionnaire survey (608 valid stylebooks were obtained). The results show that knowledge-creating leadership behavior plays a positive role in the performance of team innovation.
