Abstract :
The real estate is influenced by global e-commerce trend like other trades. In order to solve the problem of high vacancy rate of commodity apartment on the real estate market at present and better meet consumer´s demands, it requires the property firm be devoted to making the real estate combine with e-commerce and take the road to industry´s innovation. The property firm should set up effective e-commerce mode and characteristic marketing system combined with e-commerce, set up a website cooperatively and offer high-quality online characteristic service for consumer and implement the estate management of times of e-commerce with other companies, set up brand-new intelligent network community´s life model With the development of informationization, the combining of real estate and e-commerce will promote real estate and e-commerce to develop to higher level
