Abstract :
Private banking services is a newly emerged business for chinese banking industry. Based on SERVQUAL model and considering the problems which exist in the quality management of chinese banking industry, this paper suggest that commercial bank should pay more attention on three key factors which include reliability, assurance and return on products.
