Abstract
This paper presents a new control scheme for NCSs with long network induced time delay. In this method, the controller export multi-value at each sample time, different value for different case of delay. The model of the control scheme has been established. The network induced delay has been discussed and modeled as Markov chain. Using the stochastic optimal control theory, the controller design method has been analyzed. The simulation results are given to show the validity of the proposed method.
