Abstract
The utility center is the most important power supplier in campus. Once the power of utility center is break, trouble, or trip, usually, it directly affects lab and Internet in campus. This paper takes the example from one of technical universities in Taiwan. The 5W1H method is used to analyze the existing situation of utility center, and to make sure all of the power quality factors from the utility center. After that, the best model is created by Interpretive Structural Model for power quality of utility center in campus. Finally, the gray system theory is applied to find the important items, which affect the power quality. Through the grey model, includes GM(0,N) and GM(1,1), the weighting analysis and predictions are realize, which not only offers the best ways to relevant departments, but also directly gives the best suggestions to relevant administers, and guarantees the power quality of utility center in campus.
