Abstract :
The aim of this paper is to analyse the notion of controllability for delay-differential systems within the behavioural framework in which a system is characterised by its behaviour, which is a set consisting of all the admissible signals with respect to the system laws. In this paper we consider continuous-time systems described by differential equations with delays. The necessary and sufficient condition for the behavioural controllability of delay-differential systems with kernel representations is given
