Abstract :
Finger print recognition is mostly used for the identification of the person amid all the biometric techniques. This is the only outline used for ridges and valleys of the finger on the surface. Accuracy measure plays a vital role in the recognition of finger print. The database architecture should be trained so efficiently that it can recognize the finger print in all gestures. This paper presents a unique bacterial forging optimization method for the recognition of finger print on the basis of the minutia extracted points whose mechanism has been explained in the sub sections of the paper. This paper also presents a study of the comparison of accuracy of BFO and SVM classifier.
