Entrepreneurship Opportunity Identification is not only the beginning of entrepreneurs process, but also the necessary ability of entrepreneurs. The article is grasping the essence property of opportunity identification from the perspective of the Entrepreneurs Personal Characteristics, and discussing the concept of opportunity identification the entrepreneurs personal characteristics and construction individually, as well as the effect of Entrepreneurs personal characteristics on opportunity identification.
