Abstract :
The following topics were dealt with: MRS-a clinical perspective; pattern recognition of 1H NMR spectra from human tumour biopsy extracts; pattern recognition for MRS classification; genetic programming for NMR spectroscopy data analysis; quantitation of in vivo MRS; automated system to classify in vivo 1H spectra of brain tumours; and pattern recognition in MRS in relation to pathology.
