Abstract :
The stress environment of the trauma section is vital to the fracture healing quality and velocity. According to the problem of instability in speed and quality of fracture union, which is resulted from incognizable and uncontrollable pressurization of all kinds of fixer during fracture healing, based on the external fixer, this paper proposes a research idea to precisely control and detect the stress of the trauma section in realtime. The grey predictive control algorithm is used to deal with the characteristic of inertia and time delay of the stress on the trauma section, which is used to perform real time control on the stress of the trauma section based on the control goal of getting optimal physiological stimulus stress during healing. To solve the difficulty of quantitative evaluation on the fracture union result, the evaluation method based on grey relational analysis is put forward. The results of control simulation and evaluation example show that: the method proposed in this paper is simple and practical, can effectively control the stress on trauma section during union and help bone to grow to the best condition to enhance the fracture union quality.
