This paper uses Principal Component Analysis to analyze the financial performance of high-tech listed companies in 2009. The result reveals that the financial performance of high-tech listed companies is not very well; relatively the profit ability is better and the growth ability is worse; the growth ability can improve the financial performance very clearly, but the operation ability not very well, and the action of the profit ability to improve the financial performance does not correspond with the expectation. Then the paper puts forward the optimized paths of improving the financial performance of high-tech listed companies from the macro and micro levers based on the three perspectives of the enterprise, government and market.
