  • Abstract
The effects of He-Ne laser irradiation to wheat induced by enhanced ultraviolet-B (280 nm-320 nm) radiation were studied. Imitating the irradiation on wheat by He-Ne laser and enhanced ultraviolet-B, the change of SOD and amylase isozyme were examined through the polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) and Gel-Pro analysis. The results indicated: compared with the CK, the SOD and amylase of wheat exposed to enhanced ultraviolet-B radiation were over-expressed. The influence on the isoenzyme in wheat exposed to enhanced ultraviolet-B radiation irradiated by He-Ne laser is great. It provided theory basis for improving production on wheat.
