Abstract :
Basing on the annul precipitation during 1955–2007 of shijiazhuang situated in Taihang Mountain Pedimount region, the Grey Marcov model was set up. Using the model and the data in 2007, The research forecasted the precipitation of 2008–2015. The result indicates: Grey Marcov model is better than GM(1, 1) on showing the dynamic of the list, and has more useful value; According of the biggest state transfer probability, the result of the Grey Marcov Model inosculated the precipitation in 2008 and 2009 which displayed the accuracy of the Grey Marcov Model.
