Abstract
According to various factors including automobile exhaust pollution and noise pollution factors, a grey clustering analysis method was applied to evaluate the urban road traffic environment quality in this paper. Urban road traffic environment situation was divided into four grey grades, such as excellent(A-level), good(B-level), average(C-level) and poor(D-level). Base on the grey clustering method, the evaluation matrix, whiten weight functions of every grey grade and comprehensive decision weights were given. Evaluation results suggest that: the theory of grey clustering evaluation for urban road traffic environment quality is practicable and reliable, and may be used for other traffic environment quality evaluation.
