Abstract :
This paper addresses the robust stability problem for structured uncertainty that simultaneously satisfies a norm-bound and a positive-realness condition. For this model the authors give an upper bound to μ and state conditions under which this bound is tight. In the spirit of mixed-μ problems, the authors also show that this type of uncertainty can be combined with the traditional complex and real blocks
