            Abstract :
A balanced combined LNA and switching mixer (Low-Noise Converter or LNC) with 20 dB conversion gain, +17 dBm OIP3 and 3.8 dB NF is achieved by applying a dual-loop wideband active feedback. The circuit is thus suitable for area-efficient multiband low-IF receivers. The circuit is implemented in a balanced configuration and consumes 13 mA DC-current from 5 V voltage-supply
