Abstract :
Currently, the Web-based training of human resources to carry out the research focus has gradually shifted from learning platform development, design resources on the network turned to the analysis of learning behavior. From the perspective of educational technology theory, we study the learning behavior theory of human resources training on Web-based environment and analysis of the network environment interactions deeply. For learning disability problem in web learning, multi-interactive behavior and some reasonable proposals is proposed in the paper. It has a certain depth guidance and reference function to the network human resources training of enterprise.
