Research on dynamic integration model of Guanxi resources in the entrepreneurial process based on Chinese Cultural context

Since traditional research on the importance of Guanxi resources to the success of entrepreneurship is from the static point of view, this paper builds a dynamic integration model after redefining different types of entrepreneurial processes and Guanxi resources, which puts forward how to integrate relatives, acquaintance, favor and transaction relationship in four different entrepreneurial phases, namely opportunity identification, resources-obtaining, company survival and growth.
