Abstract :
The effect and mechanism of gastric juice secretion by electroacupuncture at "Yanglingquan" point with a variety of modern electronic apparatuses were studied. Before and after Cimetidine Injection injected, the "Yanglingquan" points on rabbits were respectively stimulated with electroacupunctures to observe the flux of gastric juice secretion in the experiment. The result indicates the flux of gastric juice secretion has increased (P<0.05)during acupuncturing for 10 minutes compared with no acupuncturing, and also has increased (P<0.05) stopping acupuncture for 10 minutes compared with no acupuncture. But after Cimetidine Injection injectted, the flux of gastric juice secretion did not increase obviously (P>0.05) during acupuncturing for 10 minutes compared with no acupuncturing, and also did not increase (P>0.05) stopping acupuncture for 10 minutes compared with no acupuncture. So it shows that the gastric juice secretion can be increased by electroacupuncture at "Yanglingquan" points, and cimetidine has the function of restraining the excitement effect of the above-mentioned.
