Abstract :
Offering industrial services with the help of networks is becoming more and more important in a globalized world. Especially in highly dynamic markets like renewable energies establishing service networks is the key to success and high service quality. However, as of today there is a lack of methodical support about how to develop alternative cooperation concepts and how to evaluate their effects on a company´s success before implementing the concepts. This paper presents a methodology to approach these challenges. On the example of a wind energy service network it presents a way of how to identify cooperation potentials and derive cooperation concepts for a network and shows how different attributes of a concept affect the network partner´s success measures.
