Contract management is of great importance to deputy construction project management, but relative researches just focus on the contract´s legal nature instead of its manage method. From the perspective of contract structure, the contract system structure of deputy construction project is concluded as “two hierarchy” contract relationship between project participators and “three hierarchy” structure of construction engineering project contract, and the meaning of the structure is analyzed. On the basis, the whole process contract management method in deputy construction project is researched, which includes contract planning management, contract implementation management, contract risk management, contract variation and claim management. The particularities and whole construction process of deputy construction project are fully considered, so that it will propose guidance to contract management as well as construction management in agent construction system.
