With the coming of the knowledge economy era, the source of an enterprise´s real competitiveness is with the capability of “learning how to learn”, not having the knowledge itself only. Thus, creating the management mode of a learning organization under the background of knowledge economy is the top priority for enterprise reform. Knowledge management mode has a great role in promoting to construct learning organization, which mainly reflects in aspects of knowledge management improves the re-learning ability, cross-organizational learning ability, adaptive learning ability and learning efficiency. In the context of the knowledge economy, the mechanisms of building a learning organization include incentive mechanism, education mechanism, question mechanism and innovative mechanism, while the way to build the mode of a learning organization based on knowledge management may implement from several aspects of creating knowledge alliance system, establishing the projects sharing system, building E-Learning training system and establishing the chief knowledge officer.
