Abstract
Profit allocations in knowledge alliances is a critical factor which must be considered before alliances formation. This paper analyzes the characteristics of profit allocations in knowledge alliances from the two angles of intrinsic drivers of alliance formation and cooperative games. On this account, the paper provides two-person profit allocations model and multiplayer profit allocations model based on Nash bargaining solution, then deduces an formula of multiplayer profit allocations under the conditions that alliances partners have the same contribution to the alliances, and verifies the formula´s effectiveness as an approximate solution, the result predicts that the approximate solution can be used as an effective solution to resolve multiplayer profit allocations.
