Abstract :
Deploying mining technique is one of very important contents during the study of car tracking. Whereas, in order to actualize the fuzzy tracker, the control rule database should be established by operators. With the NN-FR mining technique and the learning function of neural network, the rule can be directly established according to the input and output data on the spot, while the subject degree function can be adjusted automatically. Firstly, this paper advocates the definition and content of transportation data mining. Secondly, this paper shows the basic theory and architecture of NN-FR mining technique. Thirdly, this paper argues how to track the car with the NN-FR technique. Lastly, this paper simulates the learning fuzzy tracker
