It has an important significance for enterprises to maintain sustainable innovation in the case of chained integration innovation. Based on the theory of Existence-Relatedness-Growth (ERG) and the innovative benefits, the key points of enterprises´ sustainable innovation were studied. At first, demand levels for enterprises´ chained integration innovation were defined with the support of ERG theory. After that, the innovative benefits features of each demand level were determined through the analysis of innovative benefits. And then, the most superior demand level of enterprises´ chained integration innovation was derived by the primary results. In the end, key points such as the construction of integration innovation platform were given by the study.
