Abstract :
Nowadays, effective knowledge transfer has become one of the most important sources for competitive advantages of multinational corporations. Furthermore, innovativeness has also become the priority of a firm to maintain its competitive advantages in turbulent environments. This study is intended to bridge this gap by examining how such factors as causal ambiguity of transferred knowledge, transfer capacity of the parent company and absorptive capacity of subsidiaries will drive knowledge transfer performance in terms of the subsidiaries´ satisfaction and exploring the role innovativeness plays in such a driving process. A firm survey was conducted among subsidiaries of MNCs in electron and communication industries in Jiangsu province
