After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Raising the level of teaching experimental courses and the quality of training talents is the basic requirement for raising teaching quality and implementing reformation of colleges and universities. Teaching method about transferring knowledge, building capacity and improving quality of experimental courses such as online education guidance and opening experimental environment are elaborated in this paper. Moreover, some key problems like how to train students´ abilities of independent study, innovation and collaboration are argued. Finally, a featured teaching pattern is proposed for experimental courses of universal business.
