  • Abstract
    This paper describes the BiCMOS version of a high-performance opamp on a previous original CMOS OTA cell design. The notable features of this new amplifier, such as the true rail-to-rail input voltage swing and the outstanding high speed, are discussed and computer simulation results are presented
