            Abstract : 
A fully integrated transformer-based RF front-end architecture is presented that integrates matching, combining, and T/R switch functions on chip. The front-end is implemented in a 0.18 μm CMOS Bluetooth transceiver achieving -90dBm receiver sensitivity and 2dBm transmit power from a 1.8V supply.
