It is in 2003 when the family committee was formed in his family at the initiative of Sammy Lee, the youngest son of Lee Man Tat, and the constitution has been accepted and abided by. The emerging content and rules of the constitution, the explicit knowledge, consists of the tacit knowledge which are transferred, enjoyed and created together in the next generation.
