This can hurt the healthy growth of the students, but also can hurt the counselors themselves on physical and mental aspects, and ultimately hurt education quality. The article focuses on the counselor\´s training, selection, management, job allocation, protection and other aspects based on the nature of" Catfish Effect", in order that the college can inhibit and eliminate the counselors\´ job burnout by using " Catfish Effect " effectively.
