There are many reasons in the college students´ employment difficulty, the job interview is a very important link, the results directly affect the success or failure of college students employment. This research has investigated college students in 10 cities and well-known enterprise interviewers, analysed present situation of students´ job interview, interview pressure and relevant factors, and explored the corresponding strategies.
