Abstract :
A kind of combination forecasting model based on Holt-Winters method and the evaluation model of customer credit are proposed in this paper, utilizing the time series data of demand. The Holt-Winters model is used to identify the pattern which contained in data set, while the customer-credit evaluation model is used to analyze the intent of ordering, which can reduce the uncertainty of prediction. Thus a favorable result can be got by the combination of these two values of forecasting
