Abstract :
The measurement accuracy of the dynamic spectrum is correlated with the measurement accuracy of amplitude of the arterial photoplethysmography (PPG). In order to get higher accuracy of pulse wave amplitude, suppress the respiration interference of the pulse wave, the original pulse wave signal is processed by the wavelet analysis combined with the characteristic parameter reconstruction based on the coherent average. Firstly, characteristic parameter of the original pulse wave is calculated by method of the coherent average and the pure pulse wave is reconstructed. Then applies the wavelet analysis on the rest of the original signal removed the pulse wave component, extracts the respiration signal. It has been proved by experiment that by the method presented, high accuracy pulse wave amplitude has been acquired, the respiration interference has been suppressed and the measurement accuracy of the dynamic spectrum has been improved.
