Smart meter´s protocol: EWIT base

Production and service industries (including public utilities) are currently under tremendous pressure to become more efficient and productive. However, bureaucratic activity in this direction (reorganization, deregulation) has doubtful positive results. As human history shows, invention and technical change are the major forces of economic growth.
