Abstract :
This work presents the development of an effective cathodoluminescent light source with cold cathode based on PAN carbon fibers. The developed light sources have a wide range of working temperatures (from -150°C to +150°C), their brightness is more than 20000 cd/m2, switch speed is less than 1 ms.
