Abstract :
The level of knowledge management of Doctor and Master Degree Programs directly affects quality of university degree education. On the basis of analysis of university degree programs knowledge management and its performance evaluation, we established the university degree programs knowledge management performance evaluation system, through combining the analytical hierarchy process with fuzzy evaluation based on triangular fuzzy numbers, evaluation model was put forward, it provides a new method for the evaluation.
