Abstract :
To reduce the number of unscheduled repair and ill-founded overassemblage of them locomotive units decreasing their operation reliability the smooth transfer to the combined system of maintenance is required including both planned prophylactic system of maintenance and the service elements according to the state. To carry out this program it is necessary to develop the methods of diagnosing; facilities of diagnosing; standard-technical basis for the testing, control and diagnosing facilities for railway transport. Devices built-in the technological process of maintenance without time lag are technological technical diagnosing facilities of the locomotives units, particularly, stationary technical diagnosing facilities with the information output on the object technical state. Diagnosing facilities include measurement and diagnosing apparatuses and physical model of the way with the devices of rolling and loading.
