Abstract
The correct investment decision is the key to achieve the objective of the electric power projects. As the increasing to the investment amount of the electric power projects in China, how to select an optimal investment program has became a important problem to the related party. The paper established a investment decision evaluation system about the electric power projects and a grey relational assessment model based on Entropy theory, that based on the characteristics of the electric power projects and the principle of establishing the evaluation indicators, which not only reflected the relevancy of each indicator, but also embody the difference of the indicators. The result showed that the credit evaluation system and assessment model would provide a perfect guide to the choice of investment program about the electric power projects.
